Internal comms – in addition to the tactical delivery of internal comms, we have experience working in-house for large blue-chip, multi-nationals. We have fully supported an internal communications function for two years doing everything from writing newsletters and creating email templates through to guiding brainstorming sessions and providing an entire communications strategy for behavioural change programmes within the business.
Corporate comms and reputation management – we've led corporate communications activities for major government departments and public sector organisations. This has included planning and executing national media and communications campaigns – including developing compelling messages to re-position the organisation's external reputation, day-to-day media relations and briefings, issue and crisis management, developing leadership coaching, and creative delivery – both traditional and digital.
Content strategy and project management – working for large multinationals and small businesses, our team has planned, written, designed and project managed both internal and external website development and build. This includes defining the IA, creating all content and project managing through to successful on time and on budget launch.
Learning and development design and communications – we've worked with an international scientific publishing company to redevelop their entire learning and development programme. This included creating a microsite to conduct a training-needs analysis completed by over 1/3 of workforce. This shaped the curriculum and led us to create an LMS with a purpose-built content management system and feedback tools. This particular campaign was launched and achieved a 75% uptake within the first month. We've also designed and delivered intelligent web-learns for major multi-national organisations, with similar supporting campaigns.
Copy direction and delivery – you need copy that is appropriate, functional and inspirational. But naturally that may differ between audiences. This has seen us deliver high-quality content for clients that range from major FMCG businesses, through to one of the world's largest law firms, and across highly sensitive government bodies.
